Jill Caruso is a clinical nutritionist with a Masters Degree in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. From an early age, Jill knew how important it was to take care of our body with healthful foods.   She realized there is an overwhelming amount of nutrition advice available and found it necessary to help people discern this information and provide them with the tools to make informed decisions for their own personal health goals.

As an avid athlete, Jill's love of health and fitness developed at an early age.  As a collegiate-level soccer player at Eckerd College, Jill really began to understand an athlete’s needs for peak performance and recovery. She understands our body's requirements depending on the endurance, speed or strength involved in the sport.

Jill continues her fitness passion today by staying in shape with CrossFit and competing in triathlons, marathons or any other exciting outdoor activity she can. Jill's hands-on approach includes accompanying clients to the supermarket and working one-on-one with top athletes to exceed their goals.   It is her mission to provide highly customized nutrition, based on her client's health history.

Jill's appreciation for the vast potential of the human body is what drives her to motivate and educate others.  Her goal is to encourage people that proper nutrition can begin at any age, and with that, feeling your best.   Jill resides in Guilford CT with her husband Jason and their two children, Charlotte and Cameron.
